Once we have your loan application we open or engage with escrow. It typically takes 2-3 business days to receive a title report and one day for us to order loan docs. Clients can sign at escrow or with a mobile notary and we close and fund the same day. It's as simple as that!

While most clients choose to use their own on-line banking to make their payments, you can always mail us a check or money order and unlike most lenders we do accept CASH or Zelle payments.
